New Zealand High Court: Vaccine Mandate Not “Demonstrably Justified”, Breach Of Rights

The New Zealand High Court has upheld a challenge to a vaccine mandate for Police and Defence Force staff, stating that it was not a “demonstrably justified” breach of the Bill of Rights.
Justice Francis Cooke was asked by a group of Police and Defence Force personnel to judicially review the vaccine mandate enacted under the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act in December.
The mandate required all Defence Force personnel and all Police constables, recruits, and authorized officers to receive two doses of the vaccine by March 1.

Many western TV reporters scoffed at the idea as nonsense. After all, how could a Jewish President of Ukraine, Volodymr Zelenskiyy, allow Nazis to support the government?
Ever since 2015 [1], the CIA has been running a training camp for Nazis in Ukraine, to act as a military deterrent to Russia. The US Congress passed a bill to fund the program which is connected to the Pentagon.

Thus, prisoners, former military personnel who committed crimes during their service, including war crimes, are being released from prisons, pre-trial detention centers all over Ukraine.

Russian defense ministry reports losses among Russian troops during special operation

Syria censures US-led smear campaign against Russia to maintain global hegemony

Europeans are presently being told that the energy crisis they are entering, with natural gas prices now four times higher than last year, stems from a longer winter, competition with East Asian countries for gas, and problems on the supply end with delayed maintenance and less investment. These gas prices are in turn determining the price in electricity markets, since 1/5 of Europe’s electricity comes from natural gas.
According to this narrative, how do we stabilise this crisis and avoid it in the future? By accelerating the transition from fossil fuels to renewables and biofuels (often nuclear energy is not even mentioned as a zero carbon energy source).

Update(1845ET): Ukraine’s President Zelensky has urged the West to consider imposing a no-fly zone against Russian aircraft. Zelensky on Monday appealed directly to Joe Biden to consider a no-fly zone for “significant parts” of Ukraine. The Ukrainian leader issued the statement in an exclusive Axios report. He told Axios that there’s a chance for Ukraine’s armed forces to “beat the aggressor” if the Western allies are willing to “do their part.”
He also suggested that this would result in less total bloodshed, and spare civilians: “If the West does this, Ukraine will defeat the aggressor with much less blood,” Zelensky conveyed through an advisor.
White House press sec. Jen Psaki tells @marykbruce any potential no-fly-zone would “essentially…be a step toward” a direct conflict, and “potentially a war with Russia, which is something we are not planning to be a part of.”

Since then YouTube has announced that it has suppressed videos by Russian state media channels so that they’ll be seen by fewer people in accordance with its openly acknowledged policy of algorithmically censoring unauthorized content, as well as de-monetizing all such videos on the platform. Google and Facebook/Instagram parent company Meta both banned Russian state media from running ads and monetizing on their platforms in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Moscow Blasts US IT Giants’ Censorship of Russian Media While Actively Pushing ‘Hostile Propaganda’

Western governments and internet giants including Google, Microsoft, Facebook and Twitter have moved to heavily censor Russian foreign-language media outlets over the conflict in Ukraine, blocking websites, shutting down social media pages, and taking radio and television broadcasts off air.
Moscow considers US IT companies’ actions censoring Russian media to be “unacceptable,” a Foreign Ministry spokesman has said.
These companies’ actions not only serve as a medium for spreading disinformation, but also see them directly participating in such activities, according to the official.
Accusing the US and its allies of “shamelessly inciting” a proxy war using Ukrainians to fight Russia, Gavrilov pointed to promises by Washington and others to pump new arms supplies into Ukraine, sending weapons “to those who engage in their uncontrolled distribution among the civilian population, and recruited criminals.”
NATO Warplanes Stay Home. Poland & Bulgaria Denied Kiev’s Claims About Air Support To Ukraine

NATO confirmed that the Alliance is not a party to the military conflict in Ukraine. The Kiev’s official claims that Poland, Bulgaria and Slovakia are sending warplanes to support Ukrainian soldiers were denied. NATO member states are not sending military aircraft to Ukraine.
On March 1, Polish President Andrzej Duda at a joint press conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg confirmed that Poland does not send its planes to Ukraine.
In its turn, Bulgaria also denied reports that fighter jets of the Bulgarian army and other Soviet-made Eastern European countries could be transferred to Ukraine to try to regain control of its airspace. On February 28th, Human Rights Watch (HRW) headlined “With War, Censorship Reaches New Heights”, and reported only against this censorship as practiced in Russia, as-if it were not also being done in America.
The only even mention of its being practiced in America was in the second — the subordinate — clause of their sentence “Roskomnadzor announced that it would partially restrict access to Facebook in Russia, in retaliation for Meta, Facebook’s parent company, blocking four Russian state media accounts.”
In other words: only implicitly — not at all explicitly — did HRW so much as even acknowledge — in that thousand-word-long article — that Russia’s Government was acting in response to the (CIA-affiliated) U.S. company Meta’s “blocking four Russian state media accounts,” or to any of the many other U.S.-Government anti-Russia censorship operations.

Czechs Could Face 3 Years In Prison For Supporting Russia On Social Media

People in the NATO-member state of Czechia have been warned that they could face up to three years in prison if they express support for Russia on social media.
Yes, really.
The country’s Attorney General Igor Stríž announced in a press release that it was “necessary to inform citizens that the current situation associated with the Russian Federation’s attack on Ukraine may have implications for their freedom of expression.”
The limitations are being imposed under the umbrella of criminal code measures that make it a crime to approve a criminal offence or deny, question, approve or justify genocide.

According to the report, more than 20 militants were killed.

I knew this mark from the Internet, all Russian vehicles of the military operation in Ukraine carry it. I am supposed to take a seat in the car without a “Z”, together with an American and a Russian journalist.
The other two vehicles turn out to be support vehicles, in which heavily armed soldiers are traveling to show us the way and to protect us.

The corridors in two Ukrainian cities were opened by Russian forces at 7:00 GMT on 5 March.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has stated that Russia was ready to help with the evacuation of foreign students from Kharkov, but was prevented from doing so by Ukrainian forces.
“It would seem that the Ukrainian regime is not averse to holding foreigners and civilians in general as hostages”, Lavrov added.

The tenth day of the conflict was marked by several milestone events.
First of all, the Russian side attempted to provide humanitarian corridors for local residents from Mariupol and Volnovakha. On March 4, the Russian side made this offer to its opponent.
