“Utterly fake.” This was my opinion when a colleague mentioned the recent assault on two Jews in London by a Black teenager. “What do you mean, fake? It was caught on camera,” he shot back. My colleague was correct, but had missed the finer point.
The video footage shows two bearded Orthodox Jews locking up their shop for the night before a tall Black male walks towards them. The Black male then utters something, which seems to panic the Jews, before a fumbling and awkward physical encounter ensues.
The violence, which is over in about four seconds, is minimal, even comical. Its ultimate cause or provocation, beyond the chaotic and impulsive qualities common to Black criminality, remains unknown.

Vanuit een speciale wallet-app voor smartphones moeten burgers zich kunnen identificeren en elektronische documenten delen.
Vorig maand meldde de Europese Commissie aan Follow The Money dat het ontwerp van de Europese corona-app slechts een ‘eerste versie was van wat zich kan ontwikkelen tot een volmaakte digital wallet.’
Volgens een woordvoerder gaat de ontwikkeling snel en wordt er de komende maanden hier met lidstaten verder aan gewerkt. FTM stelt verder dat Nederland een hoofdrol speelt in de beweging naar een bredere digitale identiteit. Een Europees prototype wordt straks hier uitgetest.

Martinrea is a major auto parts manufacturer based in Vaughan, Ontario. It manufactures engine blocks, transmissions, cases, housings, suspensions, chassis components, and body paneling for automotive companies in Detroit.

The UK government is planning to re-work its human rights law to put an increased emphasis on “personal responsibility” and “duties to the wider society”, as well as preventing people “abusing” their rights.
Sounds pretty awful, doesn’t it? But let’s go back to the beginning.
In December 2020 the UK government announced they would be looking into Human Rights reform in the near future.
These announcements became more concrete a year later on December 14th 2021, when the government began a “consultation” on restructuring the Human Rights Act.

CNIL deed uitspraak na klachten die waren ingediend door noyb, de privacyorganisatie van de bekende activist Max Schrems.
De klachten waren onder andere gericht tegen een Franse website waarop Google Analytics draait. The Israeli foreign ministry recently created a webpage to smear Amnesty International, the UK-based human rights group that last week issued a damning report titled “Israel’s apartheid against Palestinians: a cruel system of domination and a crime against humanity”.
The page, which sits on an official Israeli government URL and includes the foreign ministry’s branding, is a repository of links to media articles that accuse Amnesty of smearing Israel. It appears to be a hastily created attempt to sway international audiences and dampen the impact of Amnesty’s report. It is at the very least propaganda, and at worst disinformation.
